SURPRISE BOX - COULD BE ANYTHING. There is no set number of fish. On the day, we will select fish that are looking good matching the title of the surprise box. Feel free to leave in the notes when you place the order what kind of fish you have so we can try to ensure they are compatible. NO Choosing, NO idea what to expect JUST a surprise :) Sample photo only, not actual fish in stock. Some variation is to be expected.
Unless stated in item Title, we catch as they come and do not separate Males or Females so you could get either sex.

In the case of any Dead on Arrival, please ensure that you take photos as proof immediately and EMAIL them only on the day of arrival.. Claims without photos on day of arrival will not be processed. Phone calls, SMS etc are not accepted – claims are only via email as noted on the Shipping Information page. PLEASE NOTE - Shipping in winter even with heat packs is difficult, so if live in a very cold area where night time temps are very low please double think about ordering at the moment.Surprise Boxes!
